CONTACT:
The data you provide will be processed to manage the response to the request you have made through the form provided for this purpose, or through calls or other means, based on the consent you provide when you voluntarily send us your query. Said data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected, and for 3 years (art. 72 of the LOPDGDD) after the resolution of the request, after which time they will be deleted.
MANAGEMENT OF CV’S:
The data you provide us with will be processed to manage your application for the different jobs for which you have applied, or for those related positions that may be of interest to you based on the contractual relationship or the intention to formalise a contract with our company. Said data will be kept for a period of six months from the time they were obtained, after which time they will be deleted.
COMPLAINTS CHANNEL:
In the event that you provide us with information that can identify you directly or indirectly. The data you provide will be processed in order to manage your complaint based on the legal obligation established in Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption. The data will be kept for three years from the date of the report, after which time it will be deleted.
NEWSLETTER:
The data provided by users will be processed for the purpose of sending newsletters with commercial communications and corporate information of ADH OESTE GNAMMA INTEGRAL SPRING, S.L. based on the consent given by the user. The data will be kept until the affected party requests to unsubscribe from these mailings, at which time they will be deleted.
WEB SECURITY CONTROLS:
ADH will carry out, in application of the security measures it has in place at the time, security evaluations on this website that allow it to prevent and avoid illegitimate actions on the admissible uses of this website and to guarantee the security of the users themselves. The data processed for these purposes will be processed on the basis of ADH’s legitimate interest in maintaining the security of its website.
